The short films of BOFTA students were screened at Chennai International Film Festival on 10th January 2017. Directors J. Mahendran, B. Lenin, Sasi, S.S. Stanly, Cinematographers B. Kannan, Mahesh Muthuswami and CJ. Rajkumar were present along with the founder G. Dhananjayan.
